  • Please arrive at the store at the time of your reservation. If you are going to be late, please be sure to contact the store in advance. If you do not contact us, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
  • When using our delivery and pick-up services, our staff will bring the necessary documents and complete the departure procedures on the spot. We will also collect the rental car at the designated return time.
  • Please bring two documents: your driver's license and your health insurance card. If there are multiple drivers, please present the driver's license of all drivers.
  • We will not allow rentals if the driver is under 20 years of age or over 71 years of age on the day of use.
  • Please settle the rental fee before departure.
  • Rental car fees are non-refundable for any reason.

    If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

    If we do not hear from you within an hour of your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation.

    In addition, if a reservation is canceled due to our circumstances or if the rental contract is not concluded, we will pay a penalty equal to the reservation cancellation fee.

    If you cancel on the day of your reservation, no cancellation fee or penalty will be charged.
