*If we do not hear from you within an hour of your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the time of cancellation as follows:
- Up to 7 days prior to use: Free
- 6 to 3 days prior to use: Basic fee 20%
- 2 days before to the day before: Basic rate 30%
- On the day: Basic fee 50%
*If a reservation is canceled for reasons attributable to our company, or if the rental contract is not concluded, we will pay a penalty equal to the reservation cancellation fee.
*If you cancel on the day of your reservation, no cancellation fee or penalty will be charged.
*Reservation cancellation fees and penalty charges do not include consumption tax (including local consumption tax).
