If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
- Cancellation the day before/Cancellation due to force majeure: Free cancellation
- Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100% of the reservation fee
