Ferries to Yonaguni Island depart from Ishigaki Island. The boarding point is not Ishigaki Island Remote Island Terminal, but a terminal dedicated to Yonaguni Island. It is about a 20-minute walk from Ishigaki Island Remote Island Terminal, so please be aware of this when checking the boarding location.
